Tick currently supports Jira Cloud only. Data Center is on the roadmap.

Where does my data live?

Entirely inside your Atlassian tenant via Forge. Nothing is sent to Veloxy Labs. Your security team will find nothing to flag.

Can I see worklogs my team already logged in Jira?

Yes. Tick reads native Jira worklogs immediately after install — including anything logged via Tempo or other tools.

How does billing work?

Billing is handled entirely by Atlassian Marketplace. No separate account with Veloxy Labs needed.
