This agreement is between Veloxy Labs, Rua Dona Vitorina Menk 125, Osasco, São Paulo, 06075-380, Brazil ("Veloxy Labs") and the organization that installs Stagecraft for Jira ("Customer"). By installing or using the app, Customer agrees to it.
- License. Veloxy Labs grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on the Atlassian cloud sites where it is installed, for the subscription term bought through the Atlassian Marketplace and for the number of users that subscription covers.
- Purchase and payment. Subscriptions, trials, prices, renewals and refunds are handled by Atlassian under the Atlassian Marketplace Terms. When the subscription or trial ends, the app stops working (it no longer checks cards or blocks moves) and keeps Customer's configuration until it is uninstalled.
- Restrictions. Customer will not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer (except where the law allows), or use the app to break the law or Atlassian's terms.
- Customer data. Customer owns its data. Veloxy Labs processes it only to provide the app, as described in the Privacy Policy. Customer is responsible for the services it connects (AI providers, repository hosts, n8n, MCP servers) and for its agreements with them.
- AI output. Agents produce suggestions, which may be wrong. By default a person reviews them before they count; Customer may configure an agent to answer without review, and to release its item when it fails, so that a card moves on with no answer and no review. Customer is responsible for that configuration and for decisions taken on the output.
- Customer's Jira configuration. When a Jira admin of Customer publishes a flow, the app adds its validator to the transitions of the Jira workflow that flow uses, which may be shared with other spaces. Before the app is uninstalled it removes that validator; Customer's admins remain responsible for their Jira configuration and remove any rule the app could not remove.
- Support. Veloxy Labs provides support as described on the support page. Updates are delivered automatically through Atlassian.
- Warranty. The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Veloxy Labs disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
- Liability. To the extent the law allows, Veloxy Labs' total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount Customer paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Term and termination. This agreement lasts while the app is installed. Customer may end it at any time by uninstalling the app. Veloxy Labs may end it for a material breach, or with 30 days' notice when it stops offering the app; prepaid amounts are handled under the Atlassian Marketplace Terms.
- Changes. Veloxy Labs may update this agreement and will publish the new version at this address with its date. A change that reduces Customer's rights takes effect 30 days after it is published.
- Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of Brazil, and disputes go to the courts of Osasco, State of São Paulo, Brazil.
